Painter must have been on crack

STOP, RUN from this place. Worst job of any kind I have ever had done. Neighbor recommended them so I trusted them to repair my daughters car. When I picked it up they said it was finished but they did not paint part of the car that was sanded. do not go here!!!

had taken my truck there after talking to new manager. I was adamant about ""taking your time and doing the job right keep it as long as it takes to do it right"" . went to pick my truck up and it was filthy,all the tape and paint paper was in my truck bed. the inside was filthy also and I had delivered the truck to them clean. after wiping the ""dust "" off some of the repair areas, I knew why it was so dirty.To con... view moreceal shoddy work.High grit sand marks , overspray ,painted rubber ,horrible body work . Damage is still there. The manager walked around the truck w/ me and said ""This is about as good as it gets"" and regarding the dirt in the paint...he said"" that is an Econo Paint job""!!! long story short ...they agreed it should have been better and to give the paint 2 weeks to cure and they would do the work again. they did ...not much better,orange peel all over, dent is still visible,overspray ...look me up I`ll show you my truck!!!! DO NOT GO HERE , CHEAP IS CHEAP, BAD WORK...good luck contacting an owner. You will have to sue for satisfaction...one star because they do not have less!!

If they break it, they will charge YOU to fix it!

If you like your car or if you believe in good customer service, do NOT take your vehicle to these people. They do REALLY sloppy work (runs, rough spots, over-spray, etc.) AND, if they break something on your car, they will charge YOU to repair it!! They broke the ignition on my car and had it replaced with a cheaper one and then charged me $120.00 for the repair!! There was NOTHING wrong with the ignition when t... view morehe car was taken to them but there is a little button on the underside of the steering column that must be pressed to release the key, something they obviously didn`t bother to check for so, when they forcibly removed the key, they broke the ignition. To add insult to injury, the `new` ignition is cheap chrome where the original one was black and matched the interior AND now I have THREE keys for my car because they didn`t even bother to have the `new` ignition rekeyed to match the door locks!! If this weren`t bad enough, they broke a piece out of the header panel and told me that I was getting a deal!! Also REFUSED to provide me with a copy of the `5-year` warranty! I`m currently trying to find contact information for a corporate office!!

Great place to get your car painted

So i read the reviews before I went to econo paint. I spoke to the manager who is a new manager. he explained his business model. They are a discount body and paint shop. He showed me some of the flaws i can expect on some of the cars that had just came out of the paint shop. all were very minimal and only visable if you were looking for it. When my car was done i was amazed! I was very happy because i saved a whole ... view morelot of money and my car was beautiful again. other estimates i got were more than double. there are a few flaws but nothing i can`t live with. If you are looking for a perfect paint job pay the money don`t go to a discounter. otherwise i highly reccomend this business!

BEWARE!! Paint peeled in 10 months. I had a three year warranty. When I asked for copy of warranty at the time of payment Gary said my receipt was proof of warranty. They wanted $125 to repair it which was prorated approx 1/3 of the NEW PRICE. Now I know why he did not give me the warranty. Get and read the warranty before you buy. Peeling paint is from bad prep. and poor craftsmanship. For $500 they say you get what... view more you pay for but I didn`t pay for paint to peel. I could live with the paint running around my windows, the missed spot on the roof (It was a van & no one could see it), the sanding scratches on the window glass, and the over spray on the glass and trim, but not peeling. Pathetic

Picked up our truck, Paint on tail lights, Runs in paint. On front of hood a big glop of ruff paint. Made remark to manager He said all paint jobs have imprefections. This was dirt that they had painted over. I ask about the cleanist of his booth, he told he only cleans it once a month, Because of the cheap prices he charges. Paid to have the inside of bed sanded and it looks just as ruff as when we took it there.
