easy to work with
Got a car quickly and didn`t have to hang round all day like at most dealerships. I would buy from them again.

Chauvanism and lack of customer service
I recently went to this dealership to purchase a vehicle. This would`ve been my first time financing a car, so I had all my info in hand---tax forms, proof of income (which, I average around $40,000 a year), proof of residence, drivers license, social security card, etc. I even had a recent credit report showing that I have a good credit score (710). As soon as my boyfriend and I walked onto the lot, a salesman ap... view moreproached us. I stated to him that I wanted to buy a car and what I could afford as far as price and monthly payments (I had already been to a Honda dealership earlier that day, and they told me that they could finance me without a cosigner, but I would have to choose a car that was less than $15,000 in order to keep my monthly payments around $250/month, and that they didn`t have anything at that moment for that price, but would call me the following week if anything came in, so I KNEW what I could afford and that financing wouldn`t be a problem). He interrupted me and instead of talking to ME, he only talked to my boyfriend. When I tried to ask him if we could look at a Kia Rio, he looked right through me, then turned to my boyfriend and said, "Does she have a job?, good credit?, ever financed a car?" So I jumped in and replied, "Yes, yes, and no." Again, he looked right through me, then turned to my boyfriend and said, "Well, you`re going to have to cosign for her." I looked at him and told him, "Sir, you need to talk to me, because I`m the one buying the car." He still wouldn`t. He was very rude and didn`t want to show me a car. When I mentioned the car I wanted to look at, he replied, "Well, you should check out the Kia Spectra. We have one parked right over there, and you can look at it on your way out." Wow. Thanks man. You just made up my mind for me. I`m now driving a certified pre-owned 2004 Honda Civic, and I didn`t even have to have somebody cosign for me. I will NEVER buy a car from this place, nor will I recommend anybody go there, especially if you`re a woman.
