From the minute I got there to purchase my car the salesman seems pretty disinterested in helping me and sent me off on my own to search for the vehicles I was looking for. Then when I asked him if that was all they had, he remembered there were others at another place on the lot. After I had decided to purchase the car, he took it upon himself to set a price and choose options for me without even mentioning it to me... view more. He then sent me somewhere else to talk to the finance person, who made me wait for an hour without any updates. The finance person didn`t even try to offer me the special financing deal the GMC had going on at the time until I mentioned it to him. Supposedly the salesman was making sure the vehicle was getting cleaned during this time, but it didn`t look very clean to me. About three days after purchasing the vehicle, I followed a friend somewhere and they noticed that the passenger side daytime running light was out on the vehicle already. I called the salesman to see what could be done and he said he would find out and we set a day for me to bring it in two days later. I called him on that day (Friday), and he didn`t even remember the previous conversation and had done nothing to get the issue resolved, so we set another day (next Wednesday). He told me to call him on Monday to make sure. I called on Monday and he wasn`t available, so I left a voice mail. He never responded to the voice mail. I tried calling again on Tuesday and he was out, so I asked to be put through to his manager and left a voice mail with him. Again, no call back from either the salesperson, or his manager. I called again on Wednesday, and left another voice mail. The salesperson finally called me back, and once again didn`t remember anything from the previous conversations. I`m still waiting to get the issue resolved. During this, I also tried to get in touch with the service department via there online form. I only received the email that they received the form, but no other contact, even after a response to the email. The service is so poor at this dealership as to be non-existant. I really should have walked away, but I really liked the car.

GREAT SERVICE! My service guy ( I believe ""Greg"") was wonderful and very helpful. I needed my truck by the weekend for a trip and, I fully expected to be hosed by a dealership, but my truck was towed there anyway by local wrecker service ( lady tow driver - go figure!).
Said I needed a fuel pump ( which I figured) and it was $650.00, which sounds bad but priced it elsewhere and found that they were not only... view more cheaper than another dealer, but also cheaper than Pep Boys! Pep Boys wanted $876.00 and the other dealer wanted
over $1000.00!!! Picked it up I was surprised to find that my bill was only $532.00 because Greg said they were able to cut some off the
part and their mechanic got it done pretty quick. He coulda got me for the other money and I wouldn`t have known anything. Then when they brought my truck to me, the mechanic was driving it and took the time to show me what was done and even fixed my tail lights for free because he saw they were out ( wish I knew his name, maybe ""Derk""). I hope I don`t have to spend more money on this old truck, but if I do , they got my business!! Thanks guys!

I had the worst experience that I have ever had in my life at the Service Department!! I will never do business with this Dealership again!! I would have also given no stars if that was an option. Not only did they not fix my car, which is brand new!! They broke it even worse than before, and didn`t bother to tell me!! I had to discover it when I picked up my car!! The worst ecperience ever, told i could only buy one certain car with a really high down payment and interest rate. Contacted finance company and everything that was told to me by my sales person was a lie. Now they done got paid by the finance company they could care less whether i am happy. I have purchased (2) vehicles ...
I have purchased (2) vehicles from this dealer. The same salesman each time. The first time I overlooked the typical sales drama...the second time I was totally insulted to say the least. The only reason I bought the car was my wife wanted it. I will never buy or recommend to anyone the dealer. A Very Good Experience?ˆ??ˆ?
We drove to this dealership from Murfreesboro because their on-line selection looked superior to anything else out there. In our case, we were looking for a pre-owned Silverado Ext 4WD in excellent shape with low miles. We were not disappointed. They had a solid selection.

And the customer service was outstanding! Our pre-visit telephone communications were great in terms of information and follow-through. Whe... view moren we arrived our Salesperson, Shane Turner, showed us not only the cars on-line we were interested in, but others that were competitively priced within the parameters we wanted. After our first visit we did our homework and went back to purchase a car that was perfect for us. Throughout this process Shane, and his manager Kevin, and every other employee we dealt with were exceptional.
In the past, we have had some poor dealings with the finance office. Kevin was very knowledgeable about financing, explained to us what our credit score and credit file consisted of and simple ways we could improve our credit, and got our loan approved at a rate significantly lower than we were quoted at a local dealership and the Nashville CARMAX. While Kevin didn?ˆ™t do the actual paperwork, it was refreshing that what he told us and what the finance manager reviewed were the exact same, not typical in our experience at most other car stores!

It is clear to us that their mission is to provide outstanding customer service, and a wide selection of vehicles at competitive prices. What more could anyone want? To top it off, the general manager, David Littrell, was present and available for any questions we had. David and Kevin promised excellent customer service as we move forward with servicing our car, and in future purchasing another down the road. We will return!
