I bought a 2012 Ram Express and love the truck. I did not go in planning to purchase a truck, but they gave me a great deal on my trade so I pulled the trigger. The process was fast and easy. Buy a car from this dealer. I just bought a beautiful Mercedes Benz from these guys and it was the most pleasant transaction I`ve had in my 30 years of car buying. When we first went in the service manager was friendly. We told him that we had been to another dealership and that our car was under warranty but the dealership was wanting to replace parts that was questionable. It`s hard to understand how many parts can go bad at one time. The warranty adjuster agreed to replace one part and see what happened, the one part didn`t help the problem. This dealership seen the part tha... view moret was being replaced was not bad and they replaced it anyway. They didn`t tell me until a week later when I complained to them that the problem was getting worse with the car. When taking the car back for the second time the service writer told me the warranty company had shorted the dealership $10 on the repair bill. All they had to do was call me and I would have paid them the $10, so we gave the service manager the $10 in cash and he acted like he didn`t know anything about it. It`s not about the money, $10 isn`t going to make anyone rich. All I wanted was my car repaired, there was no communication between the service manger/writer and the customer here, if they would have told me this part is not bad and it`s likely to be this or that. Instead I didn`t have a car for a week while all this was going on and my car is still not repaired.
