Doesn`t honor guarantees,high prices,bad customer service
I took my car to Madison Automotive for them to diagnose and fix the overheating problem with my car. They diagnosed it at a bad thermostat and guaranteed that would solve the problem of my car over heating. Stating that is the only reason it is over heating.Unfortunately upon receiving my car back it was overheating in the exact same fashion as before. I took my car back and the finally said they did not know what... view more was wrong with my car. So now I am out $400 and my car is still in disrepair the same as before. Their guarantees, warranty, and honest word is no good.
