Customer Satisfaction a Problem?--Duh!

Jack Miller painter needs more training using Dupont painting products. Owner told me `` Black is Black`` not true, mix it wrong and it wont match . Let me start at the beginning. On Jan. 02, 2011, I had my truck towed to Jack Miller Body Shop for repairs (02 Dodge Dakota V8 4x4 Quad Cab). Being a former Marine, my truck is very well kept. Estimated time for repairs -did not start on time did not finish on time.(surp... view morerise surprise) Got the truck back, washed it and found dirt in the paint. The bumper was the worst, dirt and runs everywhere. Dirt & ""fish eyes"" on the hood, both fenders and doors, also some spots on the hood that had no paint, just primer. Took it back, almost a week later later, picked it up washed it - some flaws were fixed. Now I have spots where they burned through the paint trying to fix where dirt and runs were. Took it back again-they had it a total of 3 times in the shop to fix this. Jack Hitechew (the 3rd Generation body shop guy per their advertising) said to me`` what do you want me to do?"" Duh!- FIX IT THE RIGHT WAY! He agreed to repaint it at his expense. Duh- again. Picked it up for the 4th time, washed it and it`s better, less dirt and fish eyes , black still does not match (I must admit, it stated 3 times in the estimate that they are not to good at matching paint).I asked around other body shops about matching the paint - any GOOD painter can match. Paint is still missing from the hood 2nd time in the same place, also have something new on the hood right by the Dodge logo-as proud as can be, what looks like a scar started out about 2 inches long and growing now its about 5 inches long still have burn marks in the paint and sand marks on the fenders, also a bubble or blister around the antenna . I am told the blister is from bondo not mixed properly . if you like drama do go to Jack Miller Body Shop and make sure you deal with John Hitechew.t This is not all that took place, but my pointee finger is starting to hurt.
