Unreliable Service

I purchased a Jeep Liberty in NC and took it back home with me to Johnson City. I started experiencing problems with the Jeep and so I figured I would take it to the closest Jeep dealership to see if they could figure out the problems. When I first took the Jeep in, they were semi helpful and told me basically nothing about what they planned to do about my issues. The Jeep would start some days, and others it wouldn`... view moret start at all. They agreed to look it over and see if they could recreate the problem. While the jeep was there they allowed to me take a car from Enterprise. Enterprise was wonderful about making the transiton easy for me. Grindstaff on the other hand wasn`t even concerned about getting me a replacement vehical for the time being. Well my Jeep was there for two weeks before they finally called to say there was nothing wrong with it. I had called daily and never got anyone and would always leave a voicemail asking about the jeep and hoping for a return call. I arrived at the dealership after they told me it was ""fixed"" and moved all of my stuff from the rental car back into my jeep. I went to start the Jeep and it wouldn`t turn over. I swear if I could have blown smoke out of ears I would have! I immediatly walked back inside and told them it wouldn`t start. Well they took it back in for ANOTHER TWO WEEKS, with no calls on their progress during those two weeks. I gave up with them, demanded I get my jeep back and refused to pay for the services that obviously weren`t done. I took the Jeep to my old mechanic back in NC and in two days they found the issue and fixed it. Grindstaff is completely unreliable and unfriendly. I felt as though I was treated disrespectfully and was not given the time to explain the problem with my vehical thoroughly. I would not reccomend anyone taking their vehical to them! Having a vehical fixed should be worry free and headache free. Do not go here unless you plan to not see your vehical for a month! Smaller shops are more friendly and more time oriented. These people are not friendly and recieved a call from my lawyer when they demanded to be paid for the four weeks my jeep sat on their lot. I will never be back here!

NEVER DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE

I went last year I went to go buy a 2000 Dodge Dakota and it was price around $14000. We talked them down to $12500. They told me that they gave $11500 for it. So I decided to test drive it and I found a recent oil change reciept and it had the old owners phone number on it. So I decided to call it and to come to find out the original owner sold it to GrindStaff for $10,000. So Grindstaff lied to me and then when I ... view moregot back they said they was going to have to up the price because it needed a new clutch, they said it was burn out. So then I called the orginall owner back and she said she just had put a new clutch on it and she even had the receipt. So Grindstafff once again lied to me trying to take advantage of me. Then I finally told them that I had been talking to the orginal owner and there eyes got real big, then they started telling me more lies they had tried to cover up two lies and made it worst by lieing more. So please do not deal with these thiefs and liers. Thier service stinks and they all tried to lie to me to get more money out of my pocket. So please do not Deal with these crul people. After one guy found out I had caught him lieing( He was smoking at the time and was being real rude) So he blew a big puff of smoke in my face and told me to leave if I was just going to bea botherer and not going tobuy this truck. I just about got into a fight all on the account him blowing smoke in my face. Tell all your Friends about this and please call and complain if you find your self in this situatuion. I will never deal with them again!!! SO PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH GRINDSTAFF SOME PEOPLE(MOST IF NOT ALL) DOWN THERE ARE LIERS AND THIEVES YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOUR GOING TO GET DOWN THERE BECAUSE THEY WILL LIE THEIR ASSES OFF JUST TO GET YOURR MONEY SO ONCE AGAIN DON`T DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE AND TELL YOUR FRIENDS NEIGHBORS OR WHOEVER ABOUT THIS BECAUSE THIS REALLY TICKED ME OFF AND MADE ME DISSAPPOINTED AS WELL AS MADDER THAN HELLL AT THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
