Reviews:
Very pleased
I had hail damage to my car recently. My insurance company recommended this place to go to. After reading some reviews, I was very reluctant to go here. It is located downtown near the Titan`s stadium. There isn`t a whole lot of parking, or didn`t seem to be maybe because they were so busy with so many people having hail damage from the storms. When I took my car for my estimate, it didn`t take very long. There were ... view moresome old dudes that had Enterprise Rental shirts on who decided to lean on my car while having conversation, but I shouldn`t let that reflect badly on Accurate. The Enterrpise place in there wouldn`t necessarily get 5 stars from me.They estimated that it would take 4 days to fix my car, and it only took 3. When I picked my car up, the inside had been detailed so that it looked like no one had ever driven it before. All the dents are gone (They counted 37 in my estimate). So, I am very pleased with my experience at Accurate. Not so pleased with Enterprise there.

Franklin Shop is AMAZING!!!
Lady ran a red light and I hit her. Four business days latter I have my truck back totally fixed! $2300 in damage fixed in four days, not just a dent. They asked how often I wanted them to update me, I said every other day and they kept to that. Never had a shop keep their promise like these guys do. This was the shop in Franklin, TN and if I need to I will go back to them. Thanks for such a fast fix.

Excellent quick and very professional
The Geico adjuster was very nice, polite and professional. The front bumper in my Mercedes Benz needed to be replaced. The shop changed and painted the bumper and changed the rear end light in 2 days. An excellent Autobody shop. Highly recommend it. You won`t be disappointed.

Best Autobody Shop--No doubt!
Over the past few years I`ve had several dealings with Accurate downtown, on Main St., and have nothing but good things to say. I`m extremely picky over my vehicles so that`s definitely a compliment coming from me! Not only was I happy with the finished product each time, but they were all always very nice, professional, and easy to work with. That`s huge!!! I recommend them every time I hear of someone nee... view moreding work done and I can promise you the next time I need work done...that`s where I`ll go again. No doubt!

Absolutely the Best!!!!
I have had my 2004 Acura TL hit three times over the last 4 years, once in the rear, once in the front and once on the right front. All 3 times my insurance company USAA # 2 in the nation ,referred me to Accurate Autobody shop on Main and all 3 times my car was returned like new! If USAA has them as a recommended repair shop then that was good enough for me! Service was great, on time and as promised! I have ... view morenothing but the greatest respect for Jeff and his team and would recommend them (actually already have) to anyone who is looking for expert, timely and great work! THERE IS NO OTHER REPAIR SHOP IN GREATER METRO NASHVILLE THAN CAN DO AS GOOD A JOB!

Great customer service
I have had the pleasure of dealing with Tony, and Marcus several times. Each time they are very professional, and courteous. The work they perform always exceeds my expectations, and my car is always ready when promised. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone! THANKS GUYS!

Horrible Customer Service
The Geico Adjuster was very rude and not helpful at all. Basically, hung up on me at the end, even though I was very polite and asking reasonable questions. Guess, I will take my business elsewhere.

A Bunch of idiots who don`t care about your car
I`ve had 2 bad experiences with your auto repair company,
#1 I brought my BMW 330i to have a review mirror replaced,IT TOOK OVER
2 WEEKS TO GET REPAIRED BECAUSE THEY ORDERED THE WRONG PARTS!
What is so difficult about ordering a passenger side review mirror?
I thought that was lame but then my girlfriend brought here car in to
get repaired, I was skeptical but because the Travelers insurance
office is loc... view moreated in your office, it was convenient
Heres her story,
#2
Somebody backed into the front of my parked car. Somehow that totalled
to be $2300 of damage plus 20 days in a rental car. That`s more than
the Blue Book value of my car already. Luckily the other party paid for
it. It took a full week for the Appraiser to do his/her thing even
though Accurate said work already began and ""should be done by the end
of the week."" That soon changed to ""Monday around lunchtime"" then again
""by Friday afternoon."" It was ready the following Tuesday however they
obviously did not test drive it as they said they did. I made it about
10 miles away before the engine sputtered and died at every stop.
Totally dangerous! I drove it right back and yes, it took all the way
to the end of the week to fix it for real. By THAT Friday afternnoon I
was livid. I had an appt at 6:30pm and was still waiting at Accurate at
6:00pm for my car to arrive from the dealer which of course was located
3 miles from my house, but I digress. The poor sap coordinating this
whole thing could have just been honest and not overpromised and
under-delivered. Lesson: Consider getting the estimate via check and
find your own choice of repair shop. You`ll probably make a buck in the
process.
I`VE READ COUNTLESS REVIEWS ON HOW YOU GUYS JUST SUCK!! AND HOW OTHERS
HAVE GONE THROUGH THE SAME ORDEAL AS MYSELF AND MY GIRLFRIEND,BUT YOU
DO NOTHING TO FIX THE PROBLEM!!
HOW DO YOU GUYS STAY IN BUSINESS!!!
Going to the BBB to report a complaint and doing everything I can to
prevent others becoming victims of your scandalous business.
Sorry scandalous is a bit harsh, either your people just don`t give a
damn or are just plain stupid.
Have a nice day

Wow
I`m not typically the type to write reviews, but I was so impressed with how my repair was handled that I felt I had to share. I was sent to the downtown location as result of an accident at the fault of the other driver, and this was the shop his insurance recommended. During my estimate Micah was diligent to take pictures and asked lots of questions about how the car has been performing since the accident to be sur... view moree he repaired everything needed.
I was told to bring the car back in 2 days once the parts were in and dropped it off with no issue - they even have an Enterprise location on site which made the whole process much easier.
The car was done in 2 days just as they told me it would be, repair costs were within the estimate they had originally given me (granted nothing out of my pocket, but at least they didnt push the envelope) and the car looked fantastic. My repair required replacing the front fender only, but in order to keep the paint job looking consistent they took the extra effort to blend the paint on the surrounding pieces so it would be less noticable. Not related to the accident I asked Micah if he would mind taking a look at one of my headlines which was terribly foggy, and looked ridiculous compared to the brand new one on the other side. He buffered it out for me at no charge whatsoever and it looks great. Not only was the repair done well, but my car was washed and detailed inside and out, they even went so far as to vacuum my trunk and find jewlery that had apparently been lost under my seats for quite some time.
Car repairs are often one of the least enjoyable experiences, and although my experience was likely different because I wasnt the one having to foot the bill, I was entirely impressed and plan on going back if I ever have other repairs that need to be done. It is the little things that a repair shop can do that make all the difference. Well done Acurate, well done.
