Total crooks! My car was towed to their shop to be repaired. The prices for services kept increasing and the greasy repairman-insists cash only-btw I`ve learned a lesson-learn from my mistake. I finally had another shop come to get my car to fix it-only to be told by the guy picking it up that Billy Cates the mechanic was trying to rush him out before I arrived. I found out the reason was because my car wasn`t pu... view moret back together as agreed-the parts were dumped in the back, on my grandmother`s quilt. Once the car made it to the next shop in Kentucky I then found out "conveniently" parts were left out or missing-funny the expensive ones that can be sold easily. I also found out that the supposed new parts that were put on- were my original ones spray painted to look new. The real kick is also that the transmission doesn`t appear to be mine- but an old burned up one-oh and that was painted to look new as well. I spoke with the owners thinking they would have to be furious and fire this man- but as of today he still works there. My suggestion- if your car is broke down on the side of the road-LEAVE IT THERE- it would be safer than letting these people tow it. I feel my car was towed to a glorified chop shop. The Jefferson City police dept knows about these people so beware! Btw- this website insists on a rating- so funny because I would leave a negative number-but guess a #1 will have to do. I know in my heart what they are #1 at and leave it at that.

These people are deceptive and dishonest. Because of work my son could not pick up his truck dropped off for an estimate. I told him I would handle it. I called and told them that someone would be by to pick it up and I`d pay them over the phone with my credit card. They told me the amount was $203.58 which I paid. When I got to speak with my son the next day he said they had quoted him $113.40. When my husband was i... view moren their neighborhood the next day he dropped in to discuss the difference. They said no such amount was quoted. And the only price discussed was the $203.58 The mistake they made was they forgot they printed out an invoice for the $113.40 and left it on the front seat of the truck. I had the invoice at home but my husband had the invoice number. They told my husband their computer cannot look up invoices and would not make any adjustment even if I came back with the invoice. Don`t trust theses people.

Other review is by owner... Totally screwed up place... First my bill was $500, so i go in to pay. Now they found something else wrong (which I KNOW was not when i brought the car in) then the bill went up to over $1200. After getting lied to and screwed around for over 3 weeks (after being told a few days) my bill ended up being over $2000 and my car doesnt even run! Had to be towed out to avoid a $30 per day fee fo... view morer letting it sit. One of the worst experiences EVER from a business. Customer care is non-existent. They think that they are the only ones who know anything about cars and treat you like you are a complete idiot. Reported to BBB and am speaking with my lawyer.
