I had hit a curb and knocked my car out of alignment, they were very nice at Matlock and told me about a coupon in the phonebook I could use. I brought my car to them and used the coupon (still cost $100 though!). When I got the car back it was still pulling bad and I didn`t have time to bring it back. It ruined my front tires. I left a message on their website about it and Mr.Matlock called me. They fixed the alignm... view moreent and are going to give me a discount on a new set of tires. They went above and beyond to rectify their mistake! Thanks Mr.Matlock!

Matlock tires. Never again
Matlock tires has no problem messing up your vehicle and leaving you to pay for it. The owner is smug, rude unhelpful. Their service ended up costing me over $2100 in damages to my vehicle. Beware

The Best Service In Town
My husband took a flat tire in to them yesterday. The salesman took it to the back worked on it for quite a while and when he came out my husband ask how much and the salesman said "Nothing, Merry Christmas!" The reason this is so great is that we did not buy our tires there and they are aware of this.

Matlock Tire = vehicle damage
I took my car to Matlock Tire in Lenoir City to have tires mounted and installed.
When they were done I looked underneath the side of the car, and they had put about a dozen, very deep gouges into the paint on the side ferring where they lifted the car incorrectly. I explained beforehand how to lift the car properly without damaging it. No matter, they ignored me, lifted it the way I told them NOT to lift it, and... view more damaged it anyway.
After viewing the carnage, I went inside and told (I assume the owner) Jimmy Matlock he needed to look at what they did to my car. He came out and started smearing his hand around hard on the dirty (and now gouged and scratched) paint. Mr. Matlock seemed unimpressed, offered no apology, and offered no refund.
He handed me a card for a local "fly by night" mechanic, and said to call him. Then he walked away. I got the impression that sending customers damaged cars to get repaired wasn`t an uncommon occurance at Matlock Tire. It certainly wasn`t worth even an apology from Mr. Jimmy Matlock.
I had always done business with Fisher Tire, and they were always outstanding in every way. Next time, I will RETURN to Fisher Tire to have tire work done on my cars. I highly recommend you do the same.
