I dont know what happend between the last poster and me but I wouldnt let this place work on a coffee pot. We had a transmission and I paid these guys to install it, I had to buy some other parts and he (John) was good about calling me, but I know that marked the parts up about 30%. My wife drives this truck on her job os it very important for it to be reliable and I paid these guys almost $600 just to install this t... view moreransmission, we live in Knoxville and she gets about 270 miles away from home, stops to get lunch and the truck wont start, one of the guys they are travling with looks to see whats wrong and the starter is hanging down from the bottom, They didnt tighten the bolts on the starter so she had to pay $70 to get it towed to service center to get it fixed, if she hadnt stopped the starter would most likely came off on the interstate, NOT ONLY THAT, they called and said that the top 2 bolts in the transmission housing are gone and the rear mount is also loose. They had it for 4 and half days and this is the kind of work they do, I couldnt believe it. I called and told them what happend and the guy didnt seem to care when I told him, I told him to have John call me back, but so far he has not returned my calls, I just had a hip replacement two weeks ago or I would go down there. I mean, How can people like this just take your money and do a crappy job like this? Its just not right. STAY AWAY!!!

These guys are awesome! My husband and I were on our honeymoon and the car broke down. They were able to get the repairs done when we needed them and at a price lower than we expected! They even stayed late for us. The only problem is that we live in Ohio. These are the only honest machanics we`ve found and they`re two states away.
