Pleasant non pressure approach. I was looking for a volkswagen jetta for my daughter and the salesman had recommended a civic that they also had on the lot. although we liked the jetta my daughter decided on a 2007 Honda Civic four door because it was sportier. Came in from Corbin for a blue toyota tundra truck that we saw online. the website was good and clear with miles and price so I called in a asked about it, salesman was straight forward and told me all about it. Great service! these are the people you want to take your German or Japanese car. I purchased a 2009 Jetta with 65k December 2011. I scheduled a timing belt and water pump to be replaced after the car got to 90k sept 2013. I dropped it off early and picked it up finished that evening with a bill total under $600. Call around and you`ll know why i`m leaving this review :) RECOMENDED for car sales and for service.

very nice people to deal with. Excellent service while i waited, and updates as they were happening. What parts i needed, the price and how long it would take. They even offered me a car to borrow while they worked. Very reasonalbe with the price of parts and service. Nice waiting area, clean and friendly. Not your usual repair shop. Very recomended for service.

the nicest dealership we have been to. Did all my research online and went to look at this car locally ended up purchasing a 2006 blue Saab 9-3 and I love it. nobody else really had many volvo`s or saabs, this one was in really good shape. everything was smooth. excellent service, multiple people were helping me, clean showroom WITH KIDS ROOM@@@ and they just left you alone. can`t say enough good stuff.

Financing with ORNL which is very close to roadrunner, we purchased an 05 mazda6 wagon for my 18 year old son. This is second car from them, we had purchased and still driving my gmc yukon from 2007! could not be happier. so easy to deal with and they actually check and maintain their cars so you know its dependable.

Couple of weeks ago, I bought a 2009 Audi A4 from Roadrunner. I owe it to their staff people to voice my great experience. The staff of Roadrunner was very friendly and very patient with me. They did not try to push thing onto me, I felt very comfortable dealing with them. The best part is that I got the car at a very reasonable price. The car is running great.
