Easiest purchase ever!

Very Happy
I have purchased 5 cars from this dealership and have always received great service. They are not pushy and understood my needs. Nell Mathis has been with them a long time and I will recommend her to anyone who is in the market for a new car. She goes above and beyond in her customer service before and after the sale. The whole staff is always polite and extremely friendly.

LOOK ELSEWHERE..NOT HONEST
Do not bother with this dealership, save your self the money and headaches of this dealership and take the short drive to the other dealer in Franklin. You will find a much better deal, nicer dealership and much more honest business practices in general. I will state from personal experience I wish I had!

poor service
I would not choose to deal with the mechanics or their manager George Bolton unless absolutely necessary. After seeking out the manager to complain about a bad service experience I had with the mechanic`s department, we got in a screaming match and he hung up on me! We have been twice and both times were nice
The first time we went to this dealership we just wanted to see what the cars looked like in person. We met a woman named Amy and she was so nice. She really seemed to know her stuff. She didn`t put any pressure on us and showed us where they put the cars when they first come in. When we wanted to leave she let us leave no problem. We went back about a week and a half later and were really disappointed that we m... view moreissed her. This time we ended up talking to guy named Rafael. He was not as well informed but was also pretty new to the company so it made sense. He was equally friendly and never pressured us. We did buy a car that night and I have to say Thank You to Southeast for the great customer service. They really seemed to understand that we are the customer and they are the employees. They were grateful to have our business and that means that they would get it again if we have to buy a new car again.
