Customer Service and Satisfaction

East Ridge Auto Electric has alot to learn about customer service. After questioning there intentions after not properly fixing my vehicle, I was asked not to come back there. I was never rude or nasty. However they were and unreliable. My vehicle was not fixed correctly the first time and when I called to inform them of the same problem. I had a time to get them to come get my vehicle to be repaired. Also the... view more prices quoted over the phone about certain services were not the same when those services were done. They were hire. Well, since they feel they don`t need my business because I was curious of there intentions maybe they don`t need yours either.
