For the record - this is my first time ever writing a review. I just feel this one deserves a review. I will never be going back to Vogely & Todd since it is now Accurate. I had great experiences with the previous management, but this new place is a joke. My wife had an accident several months back. The new Accurate at Vogely and Todd was not on the State Farm vendor list anymore, but I know the owner (who r... view morean Vogely and Todd before it became Accurate) so I said I would take it to them even though they weren`t on their list anymore. Yeah, that was a terrible mistake. Long story short - we get the car back. It starts squeaking. We take it in for them to look at. They say for them to take it apart and see if the squeaking was from the accident that I would have to pay for the labor of them taking it apart. A strut was what was squeaking. Not something in the middle of the engine. If the strut was dry rotted (the car only has 24k miles on it) then it wouldn`t be covered but if it was in fact damaged then they would add it to the insurance claim. Either way I was going to have to pay for them to determine the cause. Which is totally ridiculous. If there was a chance, which you are telling me there is-given the problem and the location of the accident, that you all over looked something then I believe you should inspect it at your cost. How long does it take to take a strut off? Ridiculous. Wont be back.

Extremely horrible customer se...
Extremely horrible customer service. I will not be going back to them and will never refer anyone to them, strictly because of their lack of customer service.
I had initially taken my car in on June 4th for hail repair. The following Monday (6/11) I called for a status update. I was told that the person handling my vehicle was out to lunch, so left a message and they said he would call me back when he got back f... view morerom lunch. Of course, I never heard back. I waited Tuesday. Nothing. Wednesday morning (6/13) I sent an email asking for a status update, and of course, heard nothing. So at 2pm on Wednesday I called and was told again that I would have to leave a message because the person handling it was out in the garage. I informed the receptionist that I had already left messages and to stress that point. About 10 minutes later I got a call from Scott (the person "in charge" of my car) who proceeded to tell me that my car was actually finished the previous Friday (6/8) and that he had tried to call me, but he guesses that he must have dialed the wrong number.
Okay? So what about the message on Monday I left with my cell phone number? Or the email I sent on Wednesday morning? OR, HOW ABOUT GO AND PULL MY FILE AND YOU HAVE MY CONTACT INFORMATION!?!?!.
Not only that, I was told over the phone that "any hail damage claims exceeding $2,000 in total repairs" would have a deductible up to $500 waived...Of course, that never happened and when I mentioned it, of course, the office lady "never heard of such a thing". Uh hu.
The quality of their work was great. However, their customer service is terrible. I am employed with a high-volume car dealership here in the Nashville area and am a member of numerous local car-enthusiast groups and will share my experiences with them and will NEVER refer anyone to Vogely & Todd again, strictly because of their lack of customer service.

Great Experience
Something fell off a truck and made a hole in the front of my car. It`s a Lotus and is made of fiberglass. I was really worried about where to take it for repair.
Vogely and Todd repaired the car better than new. One of the things that impressed me was that they keep the cars indoors at all times, a relief to me, to say the least.
I would recommend them to anyone. They are friendly and keep you updated on t... view morehe progress of the repair. I got my car back in one week -- unbelievable!

Excellent Repair Work, Staff, Customer Service
Recently I crashed my car into a concrete pole. Not a good thing--my car looked so horrible. My insurance company Safeco recommended that I have my repair work at V & T, because they are on their preferred list.
My father and a friend had work previously done on their vehicles and were very pleased. So without hesitation, it was taken there. In 3 weeks and 2 days, I received my car back and I could not believe how... view more beautiful it looked!
More so, the entire staff I worked with from the front office, to the body shop personnel were very competent, provided superior customer service, and not only took very good care of my car, but me too. I worked with Tommy and Ben, Melanie and Brandi. I just cannot thank them enough for everything they did for me. They went above and beyond and it was a pleasure to work with such good people. They value their customers, their work, their reputation. I will recommend them to anyone needing body work, paint, etc...
May God continue to Bless everyone at V&T.

Absolutely the best automobile repair company, period.
I have used Vogely and Todd numerous times over many years. There is no doubt, that there is no automobile repair company in the Nashville region, if anywhere, that is even close to the quality of work and customer care that is the culture of Vogely and Todd. Don`t even consider anyone else. Case closed.

Outstanding
March 25, 2008
I wanted to take a few moments to thank Vogely and Todd, Tonya Martin and the body shop crew for the outstanding work performed on my vehicle. I am extremely pleased with the work that was done to my vehicle; the paint, trim, interior and suspension work far exceeded my expectations. In the past I have not had very memorable experiences with body shops, but after picking up my vehicle (2201 BMW M3) ... view moreand driving it for a few months, the quality of the work performed on my vehicle is by far top notch. I also wanted to personally write a thank you to Tonya Martin for staying on top of my vehicle and keeping me abreast of my vehicles status just about every day. Thank you again and it has been a pleasure doing business with Vogely and Todd, I hope that I do not need a body shop any time soon, but if I do, I look forward to your services once again.
Sincerely,
Dane E. Breitzig

Meticulous detail!
This is the most professional, well run body shop I`ve ever visited. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and their body work is top notch! These guys have an attention to detail rarely seen these days. Highly Recommended!
I was able to walk in the garage and see the great work the mechanics do, as well as listen to the office staff deal with other customers. Everything was done in as professional and ... view morefriendly a manner as I`ve ever had the occasion to eavesdrop on. If your car is injured, this is the place to take it.

A job WELL done.
After having an accident in my 2005 BMW I had it repaired at Vogely and Todd Collision Center. They made a bad situation easier to deal with. I couldn`t have asked for better service. The staff was friendly, helpful and respectful. They communicated with me very well. If I had to leave a message I always got a call back. The repairs to my car were done beyond my expectations. It looks and drives as well as it did whe... view moren it was new.

I am extremely fussy. This is the best auto body work I have ever seen and they treated me and my car extremely well. They are master craftsman and fine people. They are fanatics about the quality of their work and the way they treat their customers.
