service department is a fraud. They will steal from your car!
Took my car in for a diagnostic test with service engine light on, I returned two hours later only to find my airconditioning not working and air suspension system screwed up. I wish I had seen the reviews about them screwing up your car purposely before going to them, I found out firsthand. Corey was exceptionally rude as he explained this 1 in a million coincidence of an event. If you love your car stay away !

Awesome Dealership!!
I have owned 8 Land Rovers. Each one better than the other - and the service couldn`t be better. Thank you!!!

Great Service, great people ...
If I had any one word for the staff at Land Rover Nashville it would be family. From the moment I stepped foot across the threshold into the showroom I was immediately given the impression of family. I know they saw me when I walked in but I was not immediately swarmed by salespeople but welcomed very warmly by the young lady behind the counter. She asked how she could help me and when I told her I was looking for... view more answers to some trouble questions about my classic Range Rover, she smiled and told me there were several people who could help.
I spent the rest of the afternoon talking with various sales guides (as I later learned they were called) and then one of their technicians came out and answered some general knowledge questions I had without asking to be paid for it. I have since taken my personal rover to their dealership several times to have it repaired and even recommended them to friends who have had similar experiences at this dealership.
For years my family and I have gone on their trail rides, never being charged for admission and even had my lunch provided on several. These fine men and women teach me and my family like their family, calling me by name when I come in and if they have time just talking to me while my car is being repaired.
I would recommend them for any automotive needs, including non-Land Rover vehicles as it appears they can locate just about any kind of vehicle I need or any of my friends need. Their not only knowledgeable but honest which is something I personally prize in my retailers. Can the same be said of other dealerships in Nashville?

Land Rover Nashville Rules!!!!
From the very first Land Rover we purchased, Land Rover Nashville has gone above and beyond any other car buying experience. We have purchased three vehicles from the dealership and will go no where else to purchase a vehicle. The dealership sells with your purchase a commitment to excellance from point of sale, service and what many know as a lifestyle through off road events, get togethers and most importantly, a t... view morerue comradre with the dealership.
Service is very helpful, parts department is excellant, Centre Manager Ronnie Reed has always been straight foward and honest and has answered many of our questions with knowledge, and if he doesnt know the answer, Kelly Graham does. This delership feels and act more like family than a bussiness. Fianance department works miracles if you want a low intrest rate loan.
The Off Roading events held throughout the year brings all together for an enjoyable offroad experience at no out of pocket expense.
Will contnue to purchase any new or used car from this dealership. They even stood behind a 1994 Defender 90 we purchased and fixed the issues we had at no charge. This vehicle was way out of warranty. This is but one of the many reason we trust and think Land Rover Nashville Rules!!!

STAY FAR AWAY!! Horrible managers and owner. SNAKES!
Stay away from the service department. They will purposely ruin your car to make you return more often to make more money. They are shady, especially the service manager, Kevin. STAY FAR AWAY! I don`t want to give too many details just yet. I am in the process of suing them. Don`t give them any of your business. Drive elsewhere to purchase or service your vehicle. You will be glad you did. The owner, general ma... view morenager, and service manager all feed from the same bowl.

NEVER PAY CASH! THEY WILL STEAL!
Lets just say that I have seen many events that have taken place where customers pay cash for parts and even Range Rovers and there are two employees that will keep the cash and scam the customer. One event involves a man that paid for a Range Rover by Check. Then the sales associate asked him to bring cash to speed up the process. He did and it was never turned into the dealership by the sales associate. This ca... view moreused the entire company to have a no personal check policy. Well, that just lead to more theft. Another customer came in and was told to pay cash that checks were not accepted. The salesperson went to his home and picked up the Cash. He never turned it in and the Range Rover was reported stolen and customer was arrested. Shocking but very true. Never pay cash to this place ever!

Dishonest and noncommunicative service department
I am basing this review on my own personal experience, and though I`m sure there are great service techs and other employees of Land Rover Nashville, my last experience has prompted me to write this warning. My 2002 Freelander has had numerous problems. In January, I brought it in for service for several issues, one of which was the fact that the car overheated and appeared to be leaking coolant. After dropping my... view more car off for a scheduled appointment time on Wednesday, by Monday I had still never heard a thing back even on its diagnosed problem. I had to call myself, and ""Kevin"" mentioned a few of the other issues but not the overheating/coolant problem. When I mentioned this, he seemed as if he`d forgotten to even look at the problem. He later called me to tell me that the thermostat itself was broken and had been replaced so that I could pick up my car. I picked up my car, and it continued to overheat and leak coolant and eventually just died completely. I had it towed to a non-Landrover mechanic, who could not even get the car to start and said there was fluid leaking from the main gasket. I finally took a look at my service ticket from LR in Jan, and saw in fine print that ""thermostat replaced but it continues to leak coolant. This could mean engine failure . . .which could be a problem in the near future."" I`m responsible for not reading the fine print, but Kevin told me the problem was the thermostat and it had been fixed. PERIOD! So, instead of my being able to sell the car when it was running for some sort of money, I`ll now be lucky to sell it for scraps since it would cost more to get it running than the car is worth. I would never drive a Land Rover again, and if you have one, I`d suggest taking it to AutoTech for service.
