Gentry`s has been fixing our cars since 2001. They may not be a fancy shop but they get the job done and will not cheat you or lie to you. I had a 1998 Nissan Quest that was a piece of crap and they had to replace so many different parts on it that they stopped charging me labor, I think they felt sorry for me.

Great Christian Business
Owner is a Christian man and does honest, good work. He and his crew have worked on 2 of my vans over the last 3 years and they always do what they say within the time they say and at the price they quote and sometimes less than they tell me when we estimate.

reliable fairly priced service work
I have a 3rd vehicle there now being repaired. I have taken 2 other cars there to have repairs done, and in both cases the work was completed quickly and at a reasonable price. I went there based on a recommendation and will continue to go there.

Horrible Customer Service
Very rude people working here. We called this place to get an estimate on our car. They told us to bring the car in Monday after Thanksgiving. We went through all the hassle to get the car there on Monday - took off work, took two cars for a ride home, etc and then they said they were too busy to even look at it. It would have only taken a 3 minute car drive to diagnose - we`d already gotten some other estimates.... view more
Then they proceeded to insinuate that I was lying by saying that I talked to someone at the shop over the Thanksgiving weekend - I kept getting ""we were closed, there was no one here"" well someone answered their phone and said they were closed but to bring the car in on Monday. It seemed a little odd to me that everyone that worked there was huddled around the desk in this little office and stuffing their faces with greasy sausage biscuits but they didn`t have time to take our car for a 3 minute drive? These people don`t care about customers or getting business.
That`s fine with me, there are plenty of other mechanics out there who will take our money and be nicer about it.
