DO NOT SHOP HERE! BUY A RED WAGON FROM WAL-MART BEFORE SHOPPING HERE!
I went to the dealership and had a negative experience, but Anthony, the sales manager called to follow up with me. I went against my better judgement and come back to the dealership. I was met by Anthony, which is the only person with common sense here, paired me up with Jack Utz and Mike Davis. I don`t have a thing to say negative against Jack, ... view moreand while the transaction was going on, Mike was fine.
Here is where we fall into a typical car dealership... it was arranged that I would bring the title of my current vehicle to the dealership on a certain date. The date changed of when my title was coming. It was going to be TWO (2) days later, so I called/texted jack on his cell phone to ensure this was ok. Jack said it was ok and I didn`t have to drive the title to their dealership, I could simply send it via certified mail.
So today I get a call from Mike Davis demanding to know where this title was. He says I can?t do business the way I want to and that I need to hold up my end of the bargain. He was yelling, so I hung up on him. I?m an adult who can have a normal genuine conversation without yelling. His manager would later tell my wife and I that this salesperson has a short fuse. Well?¦maybe he shouldn?t be working with the public then?? I?m going to type the transcripts from the two voicemails this ??salesperson?? left on my voicemail?¦.. I was appalled when I heard these voicemails.
The following will be one direct quote from Mike Davis, the car salesman at Franklin Dodge Jeep, left on 3-10-12: ??Mr. ___ this is Mike Davis from Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Franklin. Sir, I don?t appreciate being hung up on, I don?t know how you run your business at ___ as a manager, or when you have clients who purchase programs or agree on certain standards on what they are going to do, or not do. Please give me a call back as soon as you can, I expect that I need to pick this title up Monday morning if I?ve got to, if you can?t come down here for whatever reason there might be. I have to have this title Monday morning, call me back.?? End of first voice mail. This starts the 2nd voicemail: ??Mr. or Mrs. ____, this is Mike Davis with Franklin Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Franklin, I am talking to the owner, GSM, as well as the fianc?© director, John Lennon. SOMEONE WITH A LITTLE COMMON SENSE needs to call me back, Mrs. ___ I guess that will be you if you don?t mind. I need to have this title in my hand Monday morning. I will drive up to Columbia or either of your works, but Monday morning I have to have this title. We have an agreed contract with our bank, and your stuff was supposed to be here today. Like I did the best when this deal, trying to get y?all done and get to the payment you wanted to be. A little thanks or help would go a long way. You need to call me so I can get this title in my hands so you can get financed. Please give me a call, or you prefer to talk to Jack, or if you just want to talk the owner, I don?t care?¦but we need this title Monday morning or I?m showing up at your work place to get it. Talk to you soon, call us.??
I was amazed to hear any business person leave voicemails such as this. When one salesperson says its ok to bring a document two days later, I expect this has been corresponded to the others, and not for someone to call me implying I have done something ethically wrong. If the company felt like this was such a bad deal then the deal should have never been made. I could have bought this car from any other dealership in middle Tennessee. Mike Davis will not last at this company, hence the reason he is new here. I will be reporting this business conduct to the better business bureau and all review websites. I made this mistake twice of buying a vehicle, but never again. I truly wish Anthony worked with a better group of people, because he is the only one with any potential in this company.

This is the WORST dealership I...
This is the WORST dealership I have EVER done business with!!!! After the sale of a brand new 2011 Dodge Charger, we had multiple issues, from them losing our deposit check to waiting 2 months for a fuel pump! Of the 5 months we have had our vehicle, we have only really had it for 2 MONTHS the dealer has had it for 3 months! I had to *demand* them give me a rental car while they were waiting on 2 different parts for ... view moreover 2 months for this BRAND NEW CAR! If you are looking for customer service, please don`t count on the General Manager Casey. As a matter of fact, NOT 1 of the MANAGERS of this location has any customer service skills at all! If you leave a message, don`t expect a phone call back...Not sure why they even have voicemails set up. I had to go up to the dealership to even talk to anyone AFTER we purchased the car. Even the Chrysler Corporate office personel had poor feedback about the GM. She called and apologized to me because once she finally spoke with him he told her "He didn`t return her phone calls, because she didn`t immediately return his." It was a nightmare to get them to agree that the car was a lemon, and we are still fighting to get them to replace the car. Hope you don`t buy a lemon from this HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP!!!

BEWARE of SERVICE DEPARTMENT
Two weeks after I purchased a $40k NEW 2010 Jeep Commander from Franklin Alexander Dodge Chrysler & Jeep their SERVICE DEPARTMENT ruined it for me. While trying to replace the sunroof motor that went out in the vehicle they single handedly ruined the headliner in the car with scratches, greasy hand prints and a broken piece of trim (broken in 8 places). The Trim literally holds the headliner up to the Sunroof. ... view more They tried to pass this off as good quality work and thought that I would never notice these things. I had to demand they replace the headliner and trim. It took months for the parts to come in. After tearing out my headliner they discovered they ordered the wrong replacement headliner. They still have my car (8/26/10) and no ETA on when it will be ready. They have SPOILED my new car and the experience of having my first ever new car that i worked so hard to get.
