EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

In my recent visit to Car Bazzar of Franklin, I was greeted by a friendly, professional salesman named Justin. Justin allowed me to browse at my own leisure, staying close by in case I has any questions about the inventory. Unlike other car lots, Justin knew about all of the inventory on the lot, without having to ""disappear"" to find the answers. When I finally selected a 1998 7 Series BMW, a test drive was in o... view morerder. Not only did the car drive like a dream, it was immaculate inside and out, and VERY well priced. When it came time to close the deal, personal attention by the manager Darren was given to me, instead of Justin going back and forth to ""fake"" asking the manager for pricing. THIS WAS GREAT!!!! I would always recommend them to my friends and family.

My recent car purchase...

My husband and I have been car shopping for a month now and I have to say I was very impressed with the service I received at Car Bazaar of Franklin. At no point did I feel any pressure and I really appreciate the time our salesman Justin spent making sure we found just what we were looking for. The sales manager Darren was fantastic as well. All around great service! 5 out of 5!

First Class Operation

I recently had a wonderful experience at Car Bazaar of Franklin. I noticed the negative reviews from years ago and inquired to them directly about them. The folks that the previously had a bad experience with them, no longer are part of the organization. They are under completley new management and no experience referred to in those reviews has any attachment to the place any longer.

They worked out a deal wit... view moreh me that I feel great about. They were friendly and understanding, they didn`t ""hard sell"" me. They went out of there way to make me feel comfortable with all dynamics of the transaction. I just wanted to thank them by letting everyone know in this forum that those old reviews don`t apply to the new Car Bazaar of franklin.

ANGRY

The worst place ever! I would not go here if I were you. The guy that runs the place does not have the slightest clue as to what he is doing. We traded in a car with him when we bought our new car. He asked us nothing other than if the car ran ok and that was it. He never ran the VIN on our old car or anything. Money changed hands and we thought everything was good to go and we LOVED our new car (and don`t get me wro... view moreng we still love the car and got a really great deal). Then everything went bad. He started calling us, harassing us even, saying that we traded him a bad car and that he would not release our title to the state or give us our tags until we came to talk to him. My thought is that we did not know there was anything wrong with the car and HE should have had it checked out before he offered us money on a trade in. Needless to say, this has caused us to have to seek outside help in the matter and so I say do not go here unless you want to get jerked around. The cars a pretty good and the prices are lower than NADA listing prices, BUT that guy has been rude, very unbusiness like, and don`t bother talking to him on the phone because he will just hang up on you
