This place is DISHONEST! They put used tattered wipers on my car and charged me $25. This was not the only time they put used parts and charged me as if they were new. My friend`s brother works there and he says they do it all the time. The owner may shake your hand and smile, but he is ripping you off. I wouldn`t even give it a star, but had to for the review.

simply amazing

I was blown away by the competence, friendly atmosphere and knowledge of this establishment. Their pricing is competitive but their service is amazing. You would have to be crazy to go anywhere else.

Great Experience

Nothing like being apprehensive about getting a fair shake and having the owner sitting at the counter to greet you like you`d just stepped up on to his front porch. Old school customer service done Andy Griffith style with excellent results! Good business means a lil` wait perhaps, but bring in your laptop and get your work / reading done w/ internet access.

The Place to go for All Needs

Bass Tire has taken care of me for years. They are honest, have decent prices, and really know what ""Customer Service"" means. They are the only place I trust to service my car. They don`t just handle tires, but many, many other things as well. And if they can`t do it, they know someone who can. Steve and Aaron will take care of you too!

Worth the distance!

I am taking my car again to Bass Tires today. I moved away from the area and had used Firestone in downtown to do some of my tire work (rotation, balance, and alignment) and til this day Firestone has not gotten it right. I`ve made 4 trips to the Firestone off Broadway already and it`s just been a nightmare. I`ll gladly drive the extra distance for a good friendly service and someone who will do the job right.

I have been going to Bass tire for almost 20 years and have received nothing but excellent service, pricing, and support. Owner Steve Bass goes out of his way to make sure his customers are taken care of.
