RIP OFF!!!

Told Scott that I needed a new thermostat. He tried to change me $105.00 for diagnostics plus $150.00 to install a new thermostat. Red Ball Garage installed the new thermostat for $87.00.

Really bad experience.

I took my car in to be serviced and have the transmission fluid changed. When I got the car back, the transmission was slipping badly when changing gears (which it wasn?t doing before their changing the fluid). When I told them about it, they rudely acted like it was my fault for asking them to do the job. No recourse or refund was offered and I eventually had to sell the car for almost nothing. Avoid this establishment

Good luck getting out of this place for under $100. Think you just need a simple oil change? Wrong. These guys will up sell the hell out of you. Every time I`ve gone here I`ve ""needed"" my tires rotated and balanced. I`ve ""needed"" my transmission flushed. I`ve finally had it.
