DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS LOCATION. I wish i could give this place less than a 1 star rating. I own a 2012 Mazda 3 with the BOSE sound system package. I`ve only owned the car for a couple of months - and when i bought it, the stereo sounded great! Now, however, the doors sound like they`re going to fall off anytime I`m listening to music. The doors vibrate and hum so loud you can`t even hear the music. I`ve taken th... view moree car back to the dealership THREE times to try and get this issue fixed. They replaces the front drivers side speaker - didn`t fix it. Then they replaced a tweeter - didn`t fix it. Which raises the question - why are the speakers having to be replaced on a brand new car only a couple of months old? When i take the car back today, the lady at the desk tells me to IGNORE it because she has the same car and hers does it to?! Who tells a customer that! The car DID NOT make those noises when i purchased it and they WILL NOT fix it. I called the Mazda service line and they told me that if the lady working at Mazda experiences this issue too, then everything must be okay and the dealership cannot fix something that is not broken! Thanks a lot for all of your help! I`ll be driving right next door to Hyundai to purchase one of their cars instead. I will never own another Mazda again and neither will any of my friends - even though my best friend intended to purachse a Mazda 3 Speed this summer...she`s not changed her mind thanks to my experience! DO NOT BUY A MAZDA - ESPECIALLY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.
