Just bought my wife a BMW 325I from mt juliet motors 3 weeks ago. I was not looking forward to shopping for a used car but I had a great experience at mt juliet motors. Jody was straight forward and treated us right. Will do business again when its time to buy another car!

Great place to do business. If...

Great place to do business. If you worry about dealing with used car dealers, this is the place you need to go to with no worries. I have purchased vehicles from them, my family has purchased vehicles from them and I have several friends and co- workers that have purchased vehicles from them. They are always up front and honest. Horrible business practices......

Horrible business practices...they told me that everything had been checked out with the vehicle and it was fine. I signed all the paperwork and then leave to go get gas and the vehicle won`t go into reverse. I had to shift to drive a few times and then back into reverse to get it to work. I didn`t have time to go back that day so I could go get my son. Took the truck to Two Rivers Ford where they did a diagnostic te... view morest. 3 transmision codes...they say it needs to be rebuilt or replace. Minimum of $2300 just for the transmission...not the labor. Mount Juliet Motors won`t let me bring it back or help with the cost of repairs because they said it`s a federal law that they can`t help with repairs or give any cash back after the sale is done. I bought the truck 9 days ago! Oh, and Two Rivers told me that the headlights are coming out because they were glued in as a temporary fix! what the heck?!
