I have been coming here for years, probably about 10 years now. I started coming back here after getting estimates from other places that were much higher. I came here for an estimate after another place said that I needed tie rods replaced. Antioch Auto checked out my vehicle and said the tie rods were fine. They could have just as easily given me an estimate and performed the work that wasn`t needed, but they w... view moreere honest. I`ve had issues with multiple other places either not performing the work right which resulted in many visits to get the problem corrected (and multiple bills for the same job) or trying to slip in many other "problems" they conveniently find, but I`ve never had that problem at Antioch Auto. I have always gotten good service, quick service at an extremely competitive price.

I brought in my car, and the problem was - it shakes horribly as I accelerate. The more gas I applied, the worse it shook. Their solution = replace the accessory belt. When I left the lot, my car still shook awful. I brought it to another repair place. Turns out I had no oil. I was bone dry. Once I had oil put in, car didn`t shake anymore. I would have thought professionals would have checked the oil before adding ... view morea belt. What about that 12-point check that wasn`t done. The would have found no oil. I don`t trust them to give them another chance. They sold me something I didn`t need.
