Review for BRAKE WORK: Excellent customer service, both on the phone and in person. This is a long-time FAMILY business, and on my arrival I was greeted by a very friendly and sweet young lady who turned out to be the OWNER`s grand-daughter... BTW guys, she was TOTALLY beautiful too - she could be Scarlett Johannsen`s twin sister! What a doll. Anyway, I met with the manager Robert, who immediately DROVE my car... view more around the block for his personal diagnosis of the problem. Then they put my car up on a rack for another mechanic to confirm Robert`s diagnosis. Importantly - ALL of the steps up to this point ARE FREE - THERE IS NO CHARGE FOR INSPECTION! After they looked at it Robert explained what needed to be done: new brake pads, new rotors (I agreed, knew they were wharped, I could feel the shake and shimmy). Gave me an estimated total cost including tax, and THEN LET ME DECIDE. No pressure, just honest evaluation and information. I appreciated that greatly. Price was fair, work was done quickly, and the service was great. I HIGHLY recommend this business, which is also rated A+ by the Better Business Bureau.

Quick O Muffler Damaged My Car

I went to Quick O Muffler for auto repair on June 9th 2012. After the work was done, my car had some new problems. Their response: You need to take it to Pep Boys. This made me wonder if they even did the work that I paid them for.

Best Custom Exhaust shop

Went down there for a custom H-Pipe and dual exhaust system for my old Mopar. Any Mopar owner will tell you how hard they can be to put custom exhaust systems on. My mechanic, Mark, was courteous and helpful, as was the rest of the staff. I recommend them to anyone looking to do any type of exhaust upgrades or repairs.
