I took my vehicle to have new ...
I took my vehicle to have new struts put on. When I left my vehicle was vibrating and shaking violently. I took it back toi them, they said they couldn`t find anything and that I needed new tires, I put on on new tires, still shaking. I took it back again, they said it wasn;t anything they had done. I took it to another repair shop and they immediately found the problem. Pep Boys had pulled the control arm out s... view moreo far, that a piece had come loose and fallen. They fixed it and said it could only have been done when it was being repaired, it couldn`t have come loose during operation. I have filed a claim with Pep Boys for reimbursement. They do not have the knowledge to fix a vehicle and
were very unprofessional.

Parts don`t last
The location is quite convenient, however if you really need to get work and parts done then travel the extra mile.
I have had several parts that had to be replaced, and the fee alone costed three times the actual part price. All parts I`ve had replaced had died a month after the year warrenty. If you don`t want to replace parts every year then this probably isn`t the place for you.

No good
I went there to get a tune up on my malibu. We picked my car up around 4:30 pm and it ran fune. However around 7pm the same day there was a pop in my motor and my engine started knocking and shaking really bad. When I called them the next morning they said that they wasnt responsible for that even tho I putchased a warranty. They DO NOT commit to their word and the service sucks.
