Dont Believe a Word They Say!

This place is the biggest rip off around. They scammed me so bad it wasn`t funny. The manager of the lot has her lying little brother Dustin working there and her backing up his lies. I was told when buying a vehicle that was making some noise that I shouldn`t worry cause they would help fix it if it were major problems. So then within a week of buying the stupid blazer the transmission went out. Called them and they... view more said take it to their guy off Western Ave. Advanced Transmission & Automotive Center. Well took it up there and aside from being totally rude they were also expensive. One thousand dollars more expensive! So I called Dustin and after about twenty calls and three days I finally get through to him. He has never returned a single call from me and only after becoming very upset with the receptionist did she finally get a call through to him. He says "well we didn`t think it would be that much and I`ll have to talk to my manager". Now mind you the manager is his sister. Never heard back from them. Called for another week and a half and still no return call. Finally I went down there and Dustin was a total a$$. He says well there`s nothing she is gonna do and unless you got something in writing you need to leave the lot. I was like are you serious? And he says if you keep yelling I will call the police and have you arrested. I was furious and for the next two weeks attempted to contact anyone at the lot. No cigar. Never heard from the manager or anyone else the receptionist recommended I call. Finally after almost a month I called and finally got through to the manager and she basically told me to eat it that there was nothing she could do as he uncle wouldn`t authorize it. I was like WTF? This is a family business I was told and really we are all part of Clayton Motors. So I called Clayton. Well after almost three hours on the phone I get to once again leave a message for someone. The next morning I get up and call Clayton as expectedly they still hadnt called back. When I called I was told not to worry about it and that they repo`ed the vehicle because of non-payment. I told them well I refused to play because your people wouldnt call me back and it was the only leverage I had to try and get you to do what you said you would. I was told unless I had something in writing that I was hosed. I gave them Dustins number and told them all about the promises ect and was told they deal with over seven hundred repo`s a month and that I was one of the smaller fish. However if I was willing to pay the $1400 to have the transmission fixed then they would forget about the deliquent payment. I about lost my mind. I had to wonder if they were even serious. I now owe this place $3500 for a $5000 vehicle I drove for a month and spent just as much time trying to get them to do as they said. They auctioned the vehicle to one of their other lots (scam) and amazingly enough,, for $1400! So before you go here beware.
