I would tell him their knowledge is not always correct. They will try to talk you in to a part thats not really correct. they sold me A transmission with the wrong tourqe converter in it. And when I tried to return it they avoided any conversation with me to correct the issue. And were just rude. refunds are impossible even if its their mistake. I am a business owner myself and if I gave my customers that kind of se... view morervice I`d be closed in 3 months. Rest asured I`ll Tell all my customers not to do business there.
