I bought a 2012 Silverado right before Christmas from "Andy", the man in charge of internet sales. After explaining to him that I was a retired GM mechanic he treated me like I worked for Morristown Chevprlet. It was a pleasure doing business with Andy! After telling him the HORRIBLE way we were treated at Mountain View Chevorlet in our home town of Chattanooga, my wife & I were told by Andy, "It`s... view more not my job to sell you a car, it`s my job to get you in the car you want"! Clunker for my Cash

I got a Clunker for my Cash, purchased a 2001 Impala from this dealership, and in under 30 days, the check engine light came on and the radiator blew. I asked the Sales Manager what he thought of this and was told, they don`t catch everything, and got not so much as an I`m sorry for your troubles. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the Swine Flu.

Great Place

I haven`t bought a vehicle from this dealership but my husband and i own a trailblazer and recently had to replace a new parts so we had to contact the parts department of the dealership. The staff was very kind and Bart, the man that specifically helped us, was wonderful he seemed to take the extra time to make sure that we got the exact parts that we needed and we ordered them one day and received them the followin... view moreg day.
