My family & I were on vacation...

My family & I were on vacation in Gatlinburg when our car decided to start running bad & the check engine light began flashing. We were with our 2 small kids hundreds of miles from home (in Mississippi) & had no idea what we were going to do. We were told Maryville was the closest place to find a shop, so I looked up a random mechanic & made the call. Thank God that mechanic was Lee at Auto Pro. He wa... view mores so kind & understanding of our situation. He was waiting on us when we pulled into the shop & he immediately came out & greeted us & started working on the car. It was late afternoon, so we had to get a rental & leave ours overnight, but he called us first thing the next morning & told us he had it ready to go. Turns out he stayed til 8 the night before so that we could get our car back & try to enjoy the rest of our vacation. The price was well within reason, & the service was outstanding. A mechanic could easily take advantage knowing that we were out of town & had no other options, but Lee & Auto Pro treated us like old loyal customers. Thank you Lee!
