I went here for hail damage re...

I went here for hail damage repairs. When I first entered, the busiess looked great. Then I met the owner. He was in blue jeans and flip flops. Really? Flip flops? In a body shop? Within the first, I`d say 2 minutes, of meeting him, he was asking if I was married or had a boyfriend. Keep in mind I was there for HAIL DAMAGE repairs. Then he proceeds to start telling me him and his fiance broke up and how his other rec... view moreeptionist said it was the best choice he ever made. He showed me his "ex-fiance`s" engagement ring and the new BMW he bought her. I just nodded and smiled, because at this point I was in the most awkward position. Then we walked outside to assess the damage on my car and he proceeds to ask how long I`ve been with my boyfriend and if we plan on getting married. Shortly after my dad showed up. The owner made it very clear he only wanted to talk to me. Even though my father was the paying customer. We had to adjust some paperwork and the owner looked at me and said, "If YOU want to come inside we will fix your phone numbers." Obviously he didn`t want my dad to come back inside with us. A week later I dropped my car off. After two weeks I called and they told me it would be ready in 2 days. I called 2 days later and then they told me it was going to be another few days. So they finally call and say the car was ready and I could pick it up. I went the next evening and the shop was closed early. So the following morning, my boyfriend and I picked up my car and paid the owner and he didn`t say 2 words to me. I guess because I had my boyfriend with me. He was just extremely unprofessional talking to a random young lady, at least 15 years younger than him, about his relationship problems. He was reccommened by my insurance company, but if I would have known this I would have taken my car somewhere else.
