Be a Volunteer Not a Payee To Stay At This Place

at first the customer service individuals had a hard time running my credit card...not sure why...that cost me and my party an hour or so...we finally got checked in and we had a bad snow storm that night...our check out time at 10 AM wasn`t going to work because of inclimate weather...I tried to call but the phone in the house was dead...several TV recievers were inoperable as well...we had no heat besides the gas l... view moreog fireplace in the upstairs great room...which was on a 30 to 45 minute timer...completely ridiculous...the sewage was slow going...it was foul smelling and backing up into the bathtub as just one person showered...we couldn`t even get out the drive way...we had to pay someone with a 4X4 vehicle to pick us up and carry us down the hill to my vehicle...the next day at check out I discussed these issues and they said I should have been charged more...now that isn`t right...I tried to decline or dispute this charge twice with my credit card company but they keep putting it on. It is known that if you have dirty water or sewer problems like this and no heat for a renter or tennant you are not in code with the housing authority and I would like to report them.
