AVOID this place at all cost!!...

AVOID this place at all cost!!!! These guys are crooks. They did not replace parts which they said they did and they charged us for work that was not done. They gave us an estimate of $300, but we ended up with over $2,000 in charges and the car still did not run. We had to tow it to another shop who said the items on the invoice had not been done at all!!

Terrible overpriced no work done

Okay my sunroof broke down on me and i call around and they are the first people to respond so i say sure ill take it there GUYS NEVER GO HERE EVER they charged me $200 just to look at my sunroof no parts or work of any kind done to it all they did was put it forward which is the same thing i did before i even took it there and i did it for free and also they wanted an extra $200 just to seal in the sunroof since i w... view moreanted to take my car somewhere else to have it worked on cause i was tired of the BS so if you like your money and value good hard work never EVER go to this place

Dont Go Here

Sub contracted them to do some work for me that my shop does not handle. Took them a month and a half to rebuild a carb for me. I have gotten nothing but excuses from them when ever I would call or stop in to check on the progress. I try to give business to some of the locally owned businesses in Columbia TN instead of taking it to the big name shops here and this is the first time in 12 years that I have been treate... view mored this way. You would think that they would have the common sense not to perform bad business with anyone, but to do things like this to another auto repair shop is beyond anything I have ever seen. The thing that has made me write this review is what was said when the manager called me. First I was called and notified that it was finally done, then the very next day was called and told that if I dont come and pick it up today, they were gonna sell it. I told them that it has taken them over a month to fix that they could give me a day or two to get the time to get there and pay them for their service and pick it up. The manager had the nerve to tell me that they had a customer there that needed a carb and that ""money talks and Bull Sh!t walks"". I would never treat a customer of mine that way, least of all another repair shop that might have contracted me to do work for them. If you ever need repairs to your vehicle, never never take it to these guys. Come to find out they have done this kind of thing in the past and have a reputation at all the parts stores in the area of being completely incompetent!!! I would rather have a shade tree work on my car than take it here. The only reason that they get one star is that I have to give it some kind of rating and that is the lowest this site will let me give.

I had my car towed to this bus...

I had my car towed to this business because my clutch burned out on me. In their process of "fixing" my car they broke a piece and didn`t say anything until we went to go talk to them about what they were trying to invoice us for. Not only did they break the piece but once we pointed it out they wouldn`t fix what they broke unless we paid them to do so. We finally decided that arguing with them over what was going to be done was useless so we had to argue with them to tow the car back to us. If none of that happened my rating would be greatly different.
