BAD!

BAD BAD!! wish there was a 0 star rating!!! thought I had found a locally owned business that I could trust and feel comfortable taking my truck to. But boy was I WRONG!! Took it in to have front end Alignment and I thought there was something wrong with on of my front wheels. They said it would be ready in about 2 hours. (I had an appointment for 8:15 and was on time). So we leave the truck and go run some errands... view more. Keep waiting for a call to let us know it is ready. Finally at around 12:00 I call. Was told that technician was working on it then and would call me back in a few min. to let me know what they found. So about 1:30- 1:45 we just give up and go back to shop and are told. I just got back from lunch have to check on parts. So we leave again wait over an hour go back and finally after another 15 min of waiting are told. It will be $870.70. Needs lower ball joint,idler arm, & steering shaft. I should say that this price included the $79.00 for the front end alignment that I was planning on any way. I was also told that the front end could not be aligned until the ball joint and idler arm was replaced. So not having that kind of money just laying around we say will have to wait until we figure when we can have work done. And I am still thinking this is a good place because I have had people say they have aligned the front end and it not be done. So I am thinking this man could have done that and I really would not have know any different. But once I start thinking about it I remember having the steering shaft replaced while still under warranty. Then I start to wonder,there should be nothing wrong with shaft so why they saying replace it? So take the truck the next day to a shop in Nashville and told them same thing I told Emory Henley,man there said I will check the wheel and front end(did not tell him what Emory (A.S.P.View) had said was wrong did not even tell him I had taking it anywhere else. He calls me and says I can find nothing wrong . So I THEN tell him what I was told. And he said ?ˆ?mama I would like to tell you that you need that done, but I would be telling you something that is not true.?ˆ? I checked it all. But since you say that you have been told this I will go back and double check and be sure I did not miss anything.?ˆ? He did and called me later and said it is all good. So I pick it up take it to Firestone (cause this shop does not do front end alignment) and he said ?ˆ?If there is anything wrong they will tell you when they go to do the alignment.?ˆ? Got it done. $79.95. Nothing wrong! So just because it is locally owned and you think that you can trust what is said. GET a 2nd opinion! May just save yourself a lot of money!

The Best shop to get car work done!

These folks are the best. I have used them on several car repairs with good luck. Also they do good inspections of vehicles. Emory the owner is very professional and helpful as well as honest. Never have heard a bad thing said about these folks only good reports. Highly recommended!!!

Exceptional & Affordable Mechanics

Emory and his staff are fantastic!! We have several large vehicles that needed extensive work and one that had issues that several other area repairmen could not seem to figure out, yet Emory and his staff not only figured it out but fixed the problem. Now all of our vehicles are working perfectly and we felt what we were charged was very fair.
