I STOPPED AT THIS DEALERSHIP ON A NICE MARCH DAY OF 2011. I HAD MY 2004 NISSAN QUEST S WITH ONLY 56000 MILES WITH ME. MY NISSAN HAD A BEARING NOISE COMING FROM THE FRONT END. I FOUND OUT LATER ,THIS IS A COMMON PROBLEM WITH THESE VANS. AS BEARING GOES BAD FAST. THE SALES PEOPLE IN THIS DEALERSHIP ARE VERY CONNING AND CLEVER. THEY CAN READ YOU AS HOW TO TRICK YOU. TO MAKE THE STORY SHORT. THEY TOOK MY LOW MILEAGE VAN... view more AND GAVE ME A BASE " NOT EVEN A (S) " NISSAN ALTIMA 2011 AND CHARGED ME $ 14000 WITH A 1.99% FINANCE. I HAD A FEELING THAT THIS WAS NOT A GOOD DEAL. HOWEVER, AFTER A FEW MONTHS I WAS TALKING TO A CO WORKER WHO HAD JUST PURCHASED A 2011 ALTIMA SL ,FULLY LOADED WITH SUNROOF, 0 MILEAGE WITH EXTENDED WARRANTY INCLUDED FROM A DIFFERENT DEALER IN THIS AREA FOR $16000. I BECAME SO UPSET . BECAUSE, FOR THIS LOW END ALTIMA , I PAID $19000. THEY TOOK MY VAN FOR 5000. I COULD HAVE FIXED , MY VAN WITH $500 AND SOLD IT FOR AT LEAST FOR $9000. PLEASE, I RECOMMEND TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A CAR TO DO GET ONLINE AND DO SOME RESEARCH. BECAUSE, YOU CAN SAVE A LOT. MANY THOUSANDS. THESE LOW LIFE PEOPLE HAVE NO CONSIDERATIONS FOR YOUR INTERESTS.

Go see them. I have 4 Nissans and I take them to get the $19.95 oil change. Saves me money and time, plus I get to see new cars when I am there.

The worst customer service eve...

The worst customer service ever! Once you buy your car with them, consider yourself abandoned. If you have a question or a concern about your purchase they will promise to get back to you the next day and do everything in their power to make the customer happy. But those are empty words. They never call back, what they say they will work on, they never do and their only aim is to "Win the argument` once they hav... view moree your cash. Nissan makes a great car, but take a trip to Nashville or somewhere else, as they will ruin the car buying and owning experience with the car salesmen stereotype of the 1980s. They are just plain mean and heartless.

First vehicle purchase

After shopping a few different brands I decided to choose a Nissan Titan. I stopped by all the Nissan dealerships in Middle Tennessee to price check. Unlike surrounding dealers, Stones River never pressured me into buying and they explained everything thoroughly. I recommend this dealership to any and every person I meet that is going to buy a vehicle. Thanks for everything!!!

Impressed

I bought a New Nissan Altima there as an Employee of Nissan. I went to 3 other dealerships to buy and felt they did not want my business because I am Employee priced. Stones river was Super nice. Barry Tidwell called me himself just to make sure i was happy with my purchase. I will buy all my new Nissans from them and send anyone I know.
