terrible customer service

i bought a Buick century from this lot mind you i was weary from the start as i know of 2 people who have gotten cars from this lot and have not had good experiences with them. how ever my car was totaled and i need a quick replacement vehicle and it was the only lot i could afford on such short notice with the available cash i had on hand. well got the car it already had the abs light on and traction control light ... view moreon which was not a problem for me as i am a mechanic and could remedy that myself at home got the car home and the next day the check engine lights come on take it back the very next day and find out the catalytic converter was bad this is a 600 to 1000 repair when he looked at it he tells me he dont sell the cars for counties that have emissions testing requirements. what he did was reset the computer on the vehicle so the check engine light would go off so when you test drive it you wont see it. this is a very dirty and underhanded trick to use on your customers because not only does this system control emissions but your engine fuel management as well the car eats up fuel like crazy. i understand that the cars are old and sold as is but this is outrageous to dupe your customers into buying a car i would have payed a little more for the car not to have to worry about repairs so soon after purchasing the vehicle the very next day come on. I will report this to the better business bureau please stay clear of this lot as you may get caught out there and tricked as i have. full disclosure is not one of this lots strong suits and gets nasty with you when you bust him on his morales. didn`t even want to give this guy one star but you have to pick something caveat emptor.

AWESOME SUPER NICE

They are so nice and Mr KIttrell has always done what is right and fair. I couldn`t ask for better customer service.

They have never given me trouble

I have bought 4 cars from them since 2002 and they have never given me any trouble. Even on cars that have been faulty and they do sell them as is, they have still fixed them for me. They stand behind their vehicles. I do recommend them all the time.

Kittrell`s Kars

I love my car I bought at Kittrell`s last year! The car is fabulous! I have had no problems with it. Mr. Kittrell was one of the nicest men I have ever met. He was so helpful! If you are looking for a car, you should definitely go Kittrell`s Kars! It is wonderful!

Beware Of Kittrell Kars

Kittrell`s Kars should be avoided at all cost.Mr Kittrell sells lemons and then has the nerve to wonder why you don`t have the money to pay because your too busy having your car fixed.He is very rude once he gets your downpayment.Quit giving this man business he absolutely does not deserve it.He needs to be shut down he`s screwing the public.

Wanna lose thousands??

If you want to lose thousands of dollars, buy from Kittrell`s! We have had our Ford Explorer for 2 weeks and it`s having to be repaired for the 2nd time! The first time Kittrell was going to loan us a vehicle while he fixed our air conditioning. They picked it up from my husband`s work and had it done in time for him to go home, so no loaner was needed. Now the piece of junk won`t even start! They said they won`t loa... view moren us a car this time because their insurance doesn`t cover it... although 2 weeks ago we were going to be allowed a loaner. Boy, I hope nothing happens to either of my children, because we sure won`t be able to take them anywhere. I also had to cancel my daughter`s doctor`s appointment because we have no way to get her there. DON`T BUY FROM KITTRELL`S!!

Rudest business EVER!

We just bought our Explorer from Kittrell`s 2 weeks ago and got TOTALLY screwed! It won`t even start now! When I contacted Mr. Kittrell he stated that he would not give us a loaner car to take our youngest child to the doctor. He was rude and inconsiderate. I will be contacting consumer affairs about this terrible car lot!
