I guess things change this has been the best body shop I have ever gone to! Very professional and easy to work with and not to mention great quality. My insurance company told me it would take 13 days to repair my car and they were done in 5 days. The staff is great and very organized you even get free drinks in there! Thanks Casey for making my visit wonderful!

terrible customer service

Carey`s body shop did a wonderful job on repairing my vehicle. The customer service was horrible. I called the day before and let them know I was dropping the car off that morning. So I did just that. The man that met me at the door when I dropped the car off was the nicest person I had encountered there. The secretary was very unorganized. She didnt ask for my number, so that when the car was ready I could be no... view moretified. So of course I had to call an inquire about the car! Also when I arrived for pick up, I stood in line for about five minutes, which is not bad its when I was nexted in line, I wasn`t acknowledged at all. I was standing right in front of the secretary with my purse on the counter, wallet out ready to pay, an she proceeded to help the lady behind me who had just walked in the door. It was like I wasn`t even standing there, and she completely looked over me. "I was pissed". She didn`t even apologize when she realized what she had done. Luckily, the lady she tried to help behind me needed to leave and come back, so thats when I was next finally. After I paid, she handed me my reciept and keys and that was it. She didn`t say "thank you, come back and see us" or "have a good day", nothing! I was very unhappy with that type of treatment! I feel like I deserved an apology or something! Like I said Carey`s does a great auto repair job, but their customer service sucks!
