One year ago we bought the biggest piece of junk vehicle we have ever owned!!!! We were cheated & robbed because we overpayed for this vehicle (our fault) that has done nothing but fall apart and break down since the day we bought it! They never fixed the problem they agreed to during negotiations, even after I drove it to them in Rogersville 3 times (on my own time & gas). Be totally aware of the charges for service.. I had a repair done that took only 5 minutes from start to finish. My charge was 80 dollars.. I asked why so much, and was told " thats what the book says ". The time of actually being charged for time and materials is long past. Now, you are charged by a " prediction " of sorts on how long this repair could take, made by someone who probably ne... view morever laid one hand on a vehicle.. I cannot believe that this practice is even legal. When I took that charge for the 5 minute repair, the actual labor rate came out to $ 960.00 per hour.. .. I am sure the dealer is smiling, but the customer , well , who cares...about integrity..

I just purchased my third vehi...

I just purchased my third vehicle from Royston and once again received a fair deal and outstanding service. Additionally, I use their service department whenever anyone in my family needs their car serviced...from the standard oil change to more complicated fixes. wrong intrest rate longer paym...

wrong intrest rate longer payment plan than what i accepted or signed paperwork on .Will be taking truck back if nothing can be done `Signed paperwork for a 4 year loan and get paperwork in mail to discover a 5 year loan that i did not sign for plus a higher intrest rate which added 2000 extra dollars to my purchase.VERY dissatisfied
