We used this location a few years ago for tires. Tires are fine, but the staff were NOT pleasant. Not outright rude, but not friendly in the least. So, we chose to do business elsewhere. A week ago, a friend gave us a coupon, good thru June 30th for a FREE oil change at this location. You can`t beat free, so we stopped by there in the midafternoon. The employees were rude, told us that coupon had been out for a year ... view moreand they didn`t have time to do an oil change for us today, basically acted like we were stupid for coming in on the last day of the coupon. My husband asked if we could use it tomorrow since they couldn`t do it today and we were told a flat "No." Not even "I`m really sorry", or "We are just so busy..." Just no customer service here!
