I have been taking my vehicle here for years and they always do an excellent job. Great, friendly service and ALWAYS fairly priced. Work is always done in a timely and professional manner. If you need ANYTHING done to your vehicle, I HIGHLY suggest going to them.

Not much benefit anymore

I`ve dealt with this bank for 25 years. I had my FIRST overdraft mishap.. Yes ONE In 25 years which is inexcusable I realize.. Their fee of 32.50 created another overdraft mishap. They will only remove ONE of the fees as a `courtesy`. Since there are not that many branches and it`s not that convenient, I can get this kind of service at any other banking institution. I just wanted to say that now there are 7 locations in the middle tn area and since these posts were done OHCU hasgreat accounts that allow you to get your fees back when using other atms and they also have up to 90 atms that are free. OHCU also has great rates in auto loans and wonderful rates on their checking accounts. Please check them out. I love my credit union! worst banking institution i have ever dealt with

not enought locations, only one branch open on saturday, in greenbriar of all places. have had trouble for many years with employees putting wrong infomation on my account. they have a fee or charge for every thing. tellers have terrible attitudes. why do i stay? it is very difficult to open up accounts with new banks, and ohcu knows this and treats its customers accordingly.

Good, but very few locations

I`ve used Old Hickory Credit Union for a number of years since the original branch is near my home. Good people and good service. I continue to use them, however, only biggest complaint is that they have only a couple of branches and no ATMs spread across town. So anytime I need money downtown, Green Hills, Franklin, I can pretty much count on paying a service fee to use someone else`s ATM. Overall, a good CU.
