While Justin, my salesman, was very helpful, I am very disappointed in their certified pre-owned vehicles. I did not buy my 2011 Malibu as-is . I bought it under the assumption that it had been pre-certified. Eight weeks after I bought it, I had to buy new brake pads and tires. Whoever certified it, TWO YEARS AGO, apparently lied about the quality of the pads or it`s just been driven like hell the past 2 years. ... view more I suspect it was used as a loaner and bounced around to different dealers all this time. I e-mailed them about having to replace the pads right after buying the vehicle and never got a response. Apparently pre-certified doesn`t mean anything. Beware!

I bought a precertified used car from this dealership and it has been a horrible experience from the get go. THe used car sales manager is your typical "used car sales manager" he promised the world to get me to sign on the line and now that the car is having issues hw will not fix a thing, claims he wont get his money back. Well as a consumer this is not my problem and the mechanics at this dealership have... view more no business working on cars. I have yet to bring my car there with a problem and have it resolved when I left. Buyer beware of this dealership!
