Poor customer service

My car came to a stop on the interstate, and I was stranded on the side of the road! I had my car towed to a machanic shop and they informed me my car was out of oil. There was no leaks or any other reason for this other than Valvoline not putting enought oil in my car. Now my car needs a new egine and Valvoline claims they aren`t responsible. I cannot even get a call back from the manager. I tried to get the r... view moreegional manager`s name and the local store wouldn`t give me a response. They state this sort of thing never happens, and couldn`t. I just checked out complaint.com - there are others!!!
