I highly recommend this place. We first tried it out when we moved into the area in the summer of 2005 and have had good experiences ever since. Not only are their prices competitive, but they have extremely good customer service. Of course, I`d like to hope that when I bring the car in for an oil change, nothing else is found to be wrong, but if the technicians do notice some thing(s) to be wrong, then for the sa... view morefety of my family and others, then I want to know about it. If I am unsure of what something means or how soon it ought to be fixed, then I ask for clarification. The technicians are always very courteous and thorough in their explanations. Some things are important and need to be fixed right away; other things may not need to be fixed right away. Depending on our budget at the time, I might fix everything then, I come back for repairs after the next paycheck, or I might take advantage of the no interest payment plan. And coupons are always coming in the mail. Sometimes for free oil changes! And Mike and Maggie are great. :)

Great and honest place! I ha...

Great and honest place! I have used them for years for not only oil changes, but all types of car repairs. Maggie keeps things running smoothly and will do everything she can to work you in at the last minute. The owner, Mike, is very loyal and honest. I just can`t say enough about this business, give them a try!

Ripp OFF

I guess they saw me coming, they charged me at least 3 times the cost of a distributor for my vehicle. For the part and 1 hour labor they charged me $835 bucks... I priced the same part in several places and at the most it cost around $300 bucks. My vehicle was running really rough dying on me etc... I was glad to just make it to this place. They took total advantage. Very Good Customer service

When it comes to working on my car, my husband, is the person for the job. Last month he was out of town so I decided to handle this myself. Everyone was very understanding and walk me though the whole process of my tune up. I will us them again.

Rip off Alert!

I went here one Saturday because McDuffy`s where I have always taken my vehicles had started being closed on Saturdays. While the owner seemed like a great guy, I soon found that my car had a whole host of problems that apparently needed to be fixed. What should have cost me $20 - $25 turned into a $300 quote. I just had the oil changed and then my husband took his truck there and strange enough they made all sort... view more of recommendations about all the things that were wrong with his truck. We took both of our vehicles to McDuffy`s and they did not find anything wrong except for replacing brake pads on my car (total cost less than $100). I was 7 months pregnant at the time and I even mentioned to the owner that my husband & I were on a tight budget because he had lost his job. All I can say is shame on these people for trying to take advantage of us.

Always rushing and overpriced

I used to go here all the time, and thought they were trustworthy. Then I started calling around to other shops to check prices. Other shops were quoting 70% less than this shop. In fact, only one shop even came up to 50% of this shop`s quote. They are also very rushed on the phone, and don`t take time to explain anything. Either you do it the way they want, or they move on.
