Took my car here after being hit and the front bumper torn off my car. The staff at Accurate were very helpful and answered all my questions. Had car towed on Friday Evening at 5pm they secured my car in locked fenced area witch I felt very comfortable with. Helped me get a rental car on property. Was called on Tuesday Morning and all information had been submitted to insurance company and had been approved for repai... view morer. They informed me that parts had been ordered and work had already started on my car. Was told that they were shooting for Friday afternoon for repairs to be finished so long as parts came in on time. Well Guess what parts arrived apparently early because my car was ready for pick up in THURSDAY afternoon. Two days!!!!! Did not have time until today to really take a look in the bright sunlight at the work preformed and the job is perfect!!!! you can not even tell that something had happened. Everyone at Accurate is top notch in my opinion and works hard for your business. Thanks Accurate.

Not so Accurate

As a business owner myself, I don`t like it when someone bashes another business for some small reason. I don`t write reviews but I feel I need to at this time. My experience at AAB was less than pleasant and I write this to warn others about their sub-par service. I was told I would be contacted about the status of my car. Didn`t happen. If I had not gone by the shop to find out what was taking so long, my car wou... view moreld still be there. I was told it would be 2 weeks for the repair: Didn`t happen. It took 7 weeks. When I picked up the car, it was dirty and the paint job was noticably uneven. They said they`d fix it but it will take another 2-3 days. The price kept jumping around and I had to press them for any sort of hard figure. I was always told "" we have to go into our computer and that will take a long time"". I simply do not TRUST these folks and if I can`t trust someone, I will not use them again or reccomend them to another. Be forewarned.

Thank you for the excellent experience

I have been raving to my insurance agent and friends regarding the great treatment I received and the excellent work of Accurate Autobody. Tony, you were incredibly professional, courteous, helpful, and accommodating. I was blown away. How refreshing to deal with an operation that actually values its customers!

Other staff members I encountered were also courteous and accommodating. Obviously this reflects a c... view moreustomer oriented culture at Accurate. One assumes that this begins with your owners and general managers.

My car was returned clean, including the engine compartment, and looking new. The clean-up touches were noticed and particularly appreciated. Even my grown son [a high end vehicle detailer during High School] was very complimentary.

I thank you for your personal attention. Hopefully I won`t need your services in the future [one never knows] but rest assured that I will return if necessary and recommend you to anyone I encounter with a need for the servies you provide.

Great Customer Service

I recently had repair work done on my car and they not only did a great job taking care of the dent from the fender bender but a great job taking care of me personally. Due to my work schedule it was impossible for me to get down during normal business hours. Their key drop was helpful and they even went above and beyond just fixing the dent and also did a full detail of my car, which hasn`t looked this good in a l... view moreong time.
