Very poor customer service
August 2011- First impression- I had an appointment with an agent and arrived on time. The agent had no idea of our appointment and accused me of being at the wrong location. While waiting in the waiting room another customer came and and sat down beside me. He was very unhappy, stating they had his car for 6 weeks and nothing had been completed. He recommended that I not bring my car into Accurate for repairs. Needl... view moreess to say this was not a good first impression for me. Finally, they found my appointment listed on a sticky note with not apologies she wanted to go ahead and take a look at my car. Just to make small talk I asked the lady what happened to that guy in the waiting room. She then said if I had a cough like that I would be upset as well and laughed with no regards to this man. He was a little old man, who makes fun of an elder in front of a new customer. We continued to go to my car to look at the damage. She didn`t want to listen to me at all regarding the damage. With her pen and paper all she wanted to do was get started on the paycheck that she would receive. I asked her if I could please get the estimate as I wanted to check out other repair shops before deciding on where to take my car. She then replied with, "" You`re wasting your time going to these other places. You should go ahead and get your work done here."" Again I felt like a paycheck. Her estimate was very low and didn`t include all of the parts needed to fix the damage thinking I would go with Accurate because they had a smaller estimate. As I walked out the door she said, Good Luck and I`ll see you later with this catty attitude. I do not recommend Accurate at all and feel their management needs to step back and take a look at their employees. Customer service will make or break a sell for me and Accurate you broke that sell with poor customer service.

I have been raving to my insurance agent and friends regarding the great treatment I received and the excellent work of Accurate Autobody. Tony, you were incredibly professional, courteous, helpful, and accommodating. I was blown away. How refreshing to deal with an operation that actually values its customers!
Other staff members I encountered were also courteous and accommodating. Obviously this reflects a custo... view moremer oriented culture at Accurate. One assumes that this begins with your owners and general managers.
My car was returned clean, including the engine compartment, and looking new. The clean-up touches were noticed and particularly appreciated. Even my grown son [a high end vehicle detailer during High School] was very complimentary.
I thank you for your personal attention. Hopefully I won`t need your services in the future [one never knows] but rest assured that I will return if necessary and recommend you to anyone I encounter with a need for the servies you provide.
