In 1987 Jim Pyle started a small business called Appearance Plus detailing vehicles for local car dealers and some private accounts. In the course of detailing cars a single tow truck was purchased for limited use! Today, Jims company now known as A-Plus Towing & repair has twelve employees and ten trucks available 24 hours a day 365 days a year. A-Plus has grown to be an industry leader in the Sioux Falls and surrounding area, largely due to Jim`s hard work and the ability to treat customers and employees fairly and professionally. In March 2008 Jim retired, Jim`s son Mark Pyle is now the man we answer to! Mark being much like his father, we are looking forward to many more successful years.

I bought a Chevy equinox from this dealer the salesman was Ryan Howe. I did get a good deal on this car do to bringing a close friend who just happened to be my loan officer.I test drove this car & all was great when I noticed check engine was on. I spoke to salesman about this & the car was brought to be checked out by there service dept. the light was shut off & I was vapor lock caused by the gas cap n... view moreot tightened enough by the service guys after they put gas in.I was also guaranteed that if the light came on within 30 days to call them. The light came on & off a day later. I adjusted the gas cap the light went off for a few hrs. My loan officer called back to speak to the guys and they basically told her I got a good deal on they car take it to a Chevy dealer to have them look at the car and there was nothing they could do any more. My guess is they just unplugged the sensor to the engine light and never really cared to much about fixing it. In the end I did take the car to a Chevy dealer where they hooked it up and they did find two issues as to why light was on. Even thought didn t get the car from them they had way better customer service then the guys in the end off all this at Dell s Auto. To anyone else that may deal with them if your from Minnesota don t tell they tell ya so are we and we have to stick together. They am even show you a picture of a guy from American Pickers that there friends with. I guess that s supposed to make you feel comfortable and buy from them. They may even give you some koozys and some business card and tell you if you refer some people and they sell them a car. And you name is on they back tou get $100 check who knows maybe but I m not handing them out to find out. But anyway good luck to anyone who stops in at Dell s Auto in Rapid City South Dakota.
