We had been looking for a vehicle to replace our 8 year old van. I did some research and talked with some co-workers and neighbors, and they suggested Jerrys. NEVER AGAIN

We needed a car with lower miles. besides needing a tune up, my old car ran perfectly, I had a warranty on my NEW TRANSMISSION I just put in 3 1/2 years before and they offered me 500 bucks trade in, i was oh my god. they got it to 1000 bucks and i said, you, know, i have all this to show it needs a tune up, the new transmission. nope, they didn`t care. (pretty sure they are making the money i could have selling it j... view moreust for the price of the transmission, after the fact(1 day to late i was offered, for the car $3250 just for the transmission!!!). The brakes just went out(completely) haven`t owned it for 3 weeks. It had stated this on the website and the paper they showed us, mind you never took off for any of it.(i wouldn`t have taken it if my son didn`t have so many appts. that i needed lower miles with better gas mileage) here`s what they advertised( we got the cd player, and that is all that was true): ALLOY WHEELS, KEYLESS ENTRY, 53 K MILES(WE GOT IT AT 67 K!!!!), CD PLAYER, ELECTRIC SEATS, (BURN HOLES ALL OVER), NEW TIRES! I HAVE NOT SO GOOD TIRES, HIGH MILES, CHEAP RIMS, NO ELECTRIC ANYTHING....WOULD I GO BACK OR SHOULD ANYONE....HELL NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I COULDN`T MAKE IT 1/8 OF A STAR, ACTUALLY NO STAR RATING!!!!
