Do not ever go here

It may be a place to go for something simple like brakes but I would never recomend this place for anything to expensive because they do not garuntee their own labor. I had a rear diff put in here and it was making a whining noise immediately after service. I then took it back to them and was told it shouldn`t be a problem. The very next day I notice it was leaking so I pulled it into a shop and looked at it and all ... view morethe bolts around the diff were loose. I tightened them all myself and filled it back up with the correct fluid. The whinning noise didn`t stop and the diff actually went out while I was driving on the interstate. I called them and informed them of what had happened and asked what they could do for me. They then told me that there is no garantee on their labor so I would have to pay for the whole service again minus the price of the diff because it was warrantied through the place it was bought from. So to sum everything up I had a bad diff put in, noticed it was bad, took it back and was told it`s fine when it wasn`t, I had to pay for a synthetic fluid to refill the fluids that leak through the loose bolts, the diff goes out, and now I`m back to where I started without any help from the place that messed up and told me it wouldn`t go out.

This place is awesome! I am so happy I found them. They are honest and reasonable in their prices. They also keep you informed during the whole process of your car getting fixed. They gave me the option of using new or salvaged parts which help keep the cost way down. I am very pleased with their service and will refer them to anyone that needs work done. I will definitely use them again. I am a very happy customer:)

This place is awesome. I went in today to get my break pads changed. I got a call from Carl an hour and a half later saying that I still have enough pad left to go at least another 3,000 miles and that the squeeking I was hearing was some rust on my rotors. They could have changed my break pads and charged me and I wouldn`t have known the difference but they were honest and because of that I will be back again when t... view morehey need changed. This is not the first positive experience I have had a this shop. My fiance and I have had great luck with Pro Auto Care and I will recommend them to everyone I know. They are fast, hardworking, and professional.
