Even though I wasn`t stranded I needed my truck towed to a service place and I needed to be there before they close. They came as promised and I the genlteman that came was very courteous. 2002 Econoline Van

I was stranded at the Liscence Plate Agency. The response time in coming to pick up my vehicle was within 15 - 20 minutes. I was called and told they were on the way. Very friendly, knowlegable and professional. I will definitedly call on this service again when I am in need.

George to the rescue!

Our son had just graduated from Pembroke and we were on our way home to Greensboro on a hot miserable day when our Suburban got a flat tire in the middle of nowhere. AAA contacted this company for us....excellent choice! We had a little bit of a problem because not being from the area and with no obvious landmarks, we couldn`t give enough information for George to find us quickly. He didn`t give up though and fina... view morelly came to our rescue. He made short work of changing the tire. His professionalism and friendliness made a bad situation much better. Because he had concerns about the air volume of our spare, but the truck he was using didn`t have a pump, he recommended that we backtrack to a place down the road to check the air. After he left, he went the extra mile for us by calling my husband back to confirm that the place he had recommended was open. It wasn`t the way we wanted to spend our afternoon, but thanks to George, it wasn`t as bad as it could have been.
