Pleasantly Surprised!!

I recently took my car in to have the oil changed and tires rotated. I`m a very busy mom of 3 young kids. I do NOT have time to be sitting around all day in some dirty tire shop. MUCH to my surprise, the office staff was courteous, and the lobby and bathrooms were actually CLEAN!!

I was fully expecting the ""run-a-round"" on what all was wrong or needed to be fixed on my car. And that is NOT what happene... view mored at all. This store is apparently under new management and Kudos to Tire Kingdom for the change! They did suggest one minor adjustment that could have cost me tons of money in the long run. They had me in and out in under 45 minutes and I was back at my busy schedule.

They were polite, and seemed to genuinely care about the safety of my vehicle. Even though this location isn`t the closest one to my home, I will definitely let these gentlemen service my car from now on.

I have done business with this...

I have done business with this company in the past and could not have been more happy with the workmanship and honesty. By the way, their price`s were lower than Costco and I didn`t need an appointment..It just doesn`t get any better.
